RELATED EXPERIENCE DESIRED :

• 0-2 years experience
• Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technical understanding of Windows operating systems & Networking
• Able to organize work to meet specified goals or objectives.
• Prior experience with Voice Support  is an added advantage
• Fresher’s are also welcome for this Position.  

PREFERRED EDUCATION  :
Bachelor’s Degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required
